All data lives in this browser — nothing leaves your machine. The Codex library is detected automatically when the dashboard and Codex are served from the same place (e.g. the same GitHub Pages site or local folder). Opened as bare file:// pages, browsers keep storage separate — in that case use Import Codex JSON to load a snapshot from the Codex's Export. Use the path button (✎) on any card to point it at the right filename for your setup.
